Ditch Brain Fog TODAY

Brain Fog is a common issue for anyone with a chronic illness.  

Thankfully I've got a few tricks up my sleeve and can clear out the fog when it settles in.  Having ways to cope with chronic illness symptoms is a HUGE help to staying active and living your very best life.

So there you have it, my favorite brain fog busters:

1) HYDRATE! Pour yourself a nice tall glass of ice water, add your favorite citrus essential oil, and enjoy

2) GET OUTSIDE!  Take a walk, sit in the sun, breathe in some fresh air

3) USE AROMATHERAPY! A drop or two of essential oils in the palm of your hand, breath deep, and rock on with your day. My current favs: Peppermint & Cardamom essential oil
