Summer in North Carolina is HOT. And those temps are energy suckers. With a chronic illness, low energy is something we deal with already - we certainly don't need any more help feeling sluggish.
Here's a simple AND natural way to stay cool this summer (and give you more energy!). I love using essential oils to improve my overall health - and this DIY is a simple and effective way to beat the heat.
We are headed out on another camping adventure the end of the week, so you better believe that I'll be mixing some of this up before we leave.
Here's the recipe:
Summer Cooling Spray
2 oz spray bottle
5 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops clary sage essential oil
(add a couple drops of eucalyptus and lemongrass if desired)
top with water or witch hazel
