Taking a detox bath is a fabulous way to flush toxins out of your system while easing stress and sore muscle at the same time.  Removing toxins also allows our immune system to function better, balancing our body systems, helping us absorb nutrients better.  It’s like a tune up for your body.

Here are the oils recommended in the video and some possible benefits:

Lemongrass – wonderful for sore muscles/tendons/ligaments

Grapefruit- supports detox and healthy metabolism

Wild Orange-Detoxing, stress relieving, immune support

Eucalyptus – tired muscles, immune support

Rosemary – stiff muscles, destressing, supports adrenals

Lavender – encourages restful sleep, helps reduce stress

Epsom Salt Detox Bath

2 cups Epsom Salts
1 cup Baking Soda
10-15 drops Essential Oil (if you are very sensitive stay closer to 5)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (optional)

Bentonite Clay Detox Bath

½ cup Bentonite Clay
½ cup Epsom Salt
10-15 drops Essential Oil (if you are very sensitive stay closer to 5)

Remember, use water as hot as you can tolerate. Soak for 20 minutes.  Get up SLOWLY and rinse off.  Then HYDRATE.  Don’t skip that step
